that happen to me. check that the connector has a green light flashing it has to be flashing. it could also be to far away. restart the computer. makesure u granted permission for ur wii to use the internet. this is wat happen to me my security on my computer nirton, mcafee ect did not allow it to connect to internet becuz of the settings. change them then it will work. if none work call the nintendo hotline or visit www.wii.com
